No petroleum, no fillers, no mystery. Just a short list of clean, Fair Trade ingredients — chosen, blended, and poured by the Wisconsin beekeepers who make every batch. Here's what's in your tube, and why each one earns its place.

Cera Alba

Wisconsin Beeswax

Beeswax is where Bee Bella begins. As beekeepers, we use 100% US-sourced beeswax — much of it straight from our own Wisconsin hives — so we know exactly how it was made and what's in it.

Unlike petroleum-based balms that simply sit on top and suffocate, beeswax forms a breathable, protective seal that locks in moisture while still letting your lips do their thing. It's naturally rich in vitamin A, gives every tube its signature smooth glide, and carries the faintest honey-sweet scent of the hive.

Simmondsia Chinensis

Jojoba Seed Oil

Jojoba is the quiet overachiever in our blend. Though we call it an oil, it's actually a liquid wax whose structure is remarkably close to the natural oils your own skin produces — which is why it absorbs cleanly and never feels heavy or greasy.

It helps condition and balance the delicate skin on your lips, softening rough patches while it works. Cold-stable and slow to spoil, it also helps keep every batch fresh.

Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil

Argan Oil

Cold-pressed from the kernels of the Moroccan argan tree, argan oil has been treasured for generations as 'liquid gold.' It's loaded with vitamin E, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids that sink in to soften, smooth, and restore suppleness to chapped, weather-worn lips.

A little goes a long way, leaving a silky, non-greasy finish that makes our balm feel as good as it works.

Cocos Nucifera

Coconut Oil*

Coconut oil brings deep, lasting moisture and a clean, comforting feel. Its fatty acids help nourish and condition while creating a soft cushion against dryness — exactly what lips need through a Wisconsin winter, a windy hike, or a long day at the desk.

It melts smoothly at body temperature, so the balm glides on effortlessly and never drags.

Theobroma Cacao

Cocoa Seed Butter*

Pressed from roasted cacao seeds, cocoa butter is rich, velvety, and naturally full of antioxidants. It melts the moment it touches your lips for a luxurious glide, then sets into a cushiony barrier that helps hold moisture in for hours.

It's the ingredient that gives our balm that indulgent, melt-in feel — and a whisper of warmth you can almost taste.

Lanolin

Lanolin

If beeswax builds the seal, lanolin keeps things hydrated underneath it. This naturally occurring emollient is one of the most effective moisturizers in nature — it actually holds water against the skin, so lips stay soft and supple far longer than wax alone could manage.

It's especially good at rescuing dry, cracked lips and bringing them back to comfortable.

Rosmarinus Officinalis

Rosemary Leaf Extract

We keep our ingredient list short and our preservatives natural — and rosemary leaf extract is how. A gentle, plant-derived antioxidant, it helps protect our oils and butters from going rancid, so each tube stays as fresh and pure as the day it was poured.

No parabens, no synthetic stabilizers — just a little help from the herb garden.

Tocopherol

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a nourishing antioxidant that does double duty in our balm. On your lips, it helps condition and shield against the everyday environmental stress of sun, wind, and cold.

In the tube, it works alongside rosemary extract to keep our natural oils fresh — a clean, effective way to protect the blend without anything synthetic.

Citrus Aurantium Dulcis

Sweet Orange Peel Oil

The finishing touch. A few drops of cold-pressed sweet orange peel oil add a bright, naturally uplifting note that rounds out each flavor and leaves a subtle, feel-good aroma.
